The heart of The Cornhole Challenge has always ensured that worthy organizations have the resources they need to make a significant difference for our neighbors in the communities where we live and work. At Van Metre, we are invested in making Northern Virginia a better place by giving our time, energy, and resources to the people we serve. 

For over a decade, Van Metre has supported local non-profits through the annual Cornhole Challenge. This year’s event will again benefit Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit organization dedicated to building strength, stability, dignity, and hope through affordable housing. The funds raised will go directly towards providing ten new townhomes for our neighbors in need. Of these, eight townhomes will be committed to low-income families through Habitat for Humanity’s homeownership program, and two will be dedicated to HomeStretch’s Sacred Homes program, supporting families transitioning out of homelessness.
